Total Withdrawal From Rockhurst Courses

WITHDRAWAL FROM ROCKHURST

Course withdrawals are processed based on the day the request is submitted. If submitted over a weekend or holiday, the request will be processed the next business day.

A request to be withdrawn from courses submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. Withdrawal deadlines and any refunds follow the timelines listed in the below links:

I am withdrawing from ALL classes in my CURRENT semester but hope/plan to continue with classes NEXT semester

I am withdrawing from ALL CURRENT AND FUTURE courses and intend to leave Rockhurst University

Exit Survey / I am notifying Rockhurst of my intention to leave the University

You intend to remove yourself from ALL courses in the CURRENT semester.

You will be "dropped" from classes if it is within the first seven calendar days of a term. The dropped classes will not show on your transcript.

You will be "withdrawn" from classes if it is after the first seven calendar days of a term. All withdrawn classes will receive a final grade of "W" on your transcript.

You will be responsible for any charges you have incurred with the University up to the date of this request. Withdrawal deadlines and any refunds follow the timelines listed on the Academic Calendar and at the top of this page.

You plan/hope to continue taking courses at Rockhurst University NEXT semester.
