Payment Information

Courses are $160 per credit hour. Students enrolling in an RU dual enrollment course for the first time will also be charged a one-time $60 matriculation fee.

The amount shown below is your total course payment for the semester. Once your application has been submitted and processed, you will receive an email with a personalized payment link. Payment is due on October 23rd. Students who have not submitted payment by this deadline will be withdrawn from the course. If you have any questions, please contact the Dual Enrollment Coordinator before the payment deadline.

Consent to Conduct Business Electronically

I consent to conduct business electronically with Rockhurst University regarding my participation in the Dual Enrollment Program. I understand that the University may provide information and communications electronically, including but not limited to:

Course registration and enrollment
Class schedules and grades
Academic records and transcripts
FERPA-related communications
Tuition billing and payment notifications
Other notices related to my participation in the Dual Enrollment Program

I understand that Rockhurst University will send email notifications to the email address(es) listed in my application when my payment information is available. It is my responsibility to monitor my email and submit payment by the stated due date.

Student Financial Responsibility Agreement

Payment of Fees/ Promise to Pay
I accept responsibility for payment by the due date of all Rockhurst University charges assessed to my student account for participation in the Dual Enrollment program, including tuition and applicable fees. I understand that administrative, clerical, or technical billing errors do not relieve me of my responsibility to pay the correct amount owed.

Delinquent Accounts/ Collections

I understand that, if my account becomes past due, Rockhurst University may place my account with a collection agency if the balance remains delinquent. I understand that an account placed in collections may be reported to national credit bureaus. I further understand that I will be responsible for all fees and costs incurred by the University for collecting the past-due balance, including collection fees, attorneys' fees, and court costs where permitted by law.

I understand that an unpaid balance may result in a hold being placed on my student account, which may restrict access to transcripts or future registration until the balance is paid in full.

All returned checks are subject to a return fee. An additional fee may be charged if an electronic payment is returned unpaid due to insufficient funds, a closed account, an invalid account number, a stop payment, or the inability to locate the bank account.

Consent to Collection Communications

I authorize Rockhurst University and its agents, contractors, or collection agencies acting on its behalf to contact me regarding any outstanding balance by telephone, automated dialing equipment, prerecorded voice message, text message, or email using the contact information associated with my account, including my cellular telephone number. I understand that telephone calls regarding my account may be recorded for quality assurance or other business purposes.

IRS Form 1098-T

I understand that Rockhurst University may request my Social Security Number (SSN) or Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) as required by Internal Revenue Service (IRS) regulations for Form 1098-T reporting purposes.

I consent to receive my annual IRS Form 1098-T electronically. I understand that, if I do not consent to electronic delivery, a paper copy will be provided upon request. I understand that I may withdraw this consent or request a paper copy by following the instructions provided by Rockhurst University.
