Student information will be collected the day of the event. The goal of the Diversity Student Leadership Conference is to provide high school students from private schools in the greater Kansas City Metro area with an opportunity in which they can walk away with tools to help them grow as advocates for change around equity and inclusion in their school environments. This experience will specifically focus on cultural competency and biases that impact students that attend urban communities.
