    A day-long retreat for women focused on having real conversations about body image, mental health, and spirituality. Come together with other Rockhurst to talk about things that most women rarely talk about but are true for many of us.  

    Leverage Ignatian Spirituality to name and release body image lies and shame.  Vulnerability, honesty, solidarity, and playfulness are attributes that describe this daylong - women-only- retreat.

    Cost: $15
