For EXS 4900: Specify your top three placement site locations (specific organization and/or type of organization). Indicate special considerations such as the lack of transportation or other specific obligations or availability limitations which could affect placement.
For SM 4900: Indicate internships for which you have applied or intend to apply, identifying each as "applied" or "intend to apply."
For CP 3910: Meet with the Co-op Program Coordinator in Career Services. Indicate jobs for which you have applied or intend to apply, identifying each as "applied" or intend to apply."
For HP 4991 or HP 4990: Meet with the Rockhurst faculty member with whom you plan to work. Briefly, describe the project and include the name of the faculty member with whom you will work.
