    All incoming freshmen students* are required to attend SOAR. To register, click on the date below that works best for your schedule. This site also includes information on what to expect during SOAR, where to stay in KC, and other next steps for incoming students.

    Nursing and pre-Nursing majors: We encourage you to register for June 9, July 14, July 21, or August 4. 

    *International students living outside the United States are NOT required to attend SOAR. You will attend a separate new student orientation after arriving to Kansas City.
